Either you fill in the PDF form in Adobe Acrobat Reader directly and send it via e-mail, or you simply print the order/inquiry form,  fill it out by hand and send it back to us by fax or e-mail.

(The direct transmission out of Adobe Acrobat Reader works with tablets running  iOS or newer Android operating systems. Similar when using laptop and desktop computers. It is possible to fill out the forms in Safari, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer web browser. With Firefox you can download, open, and fill out the PDF. With older computers and tablets it does not work, as well as with many other PDF viewers, in this case  the or-option has to be applied.)
